This session helps sisters understand why certain situations, words, or interactions trigger strong emotional reactions. It supports those who feel easily overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or confused by their responses. Students will gain clarity around emotional triggers, reduce self-blame, and learn how to respond rather than react, fostering emotional balance and self-awareness.

Students will learn what emotional triggers are, how they develop, and why past experiences influence present reactions. The session provides psycho education on emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and self-reflection skills. Sisters will learn practical tools to pause, regulate emotions, and respond with intention, while connecting self-awareness to Islamic principles of reflection, patience, and accountability.

Sisters ages 18 and above
