Overview
Engage is Mainstay’s annual national conference centered on the belief that our community is strongest when its leaders and professionals are connected. What began as a gathering only for centers & organizations has grown into a national platform bringing together administrators, professionals, and emerging leaders across seven professional networks.
Engage 2026 will feature dedicated professional sessions and discussions on the role of artificial intelligence across various fields. This year marks the 11th annual conference and the largest ENGAGE gathering to date.

Shia Muslim Professionals Dinner • Excellence in Service 2026
Overview
The Mainstay Foundation is holding its inaugural Excellence in Service Dinner, bringing together two of its national professional networks, Law & Policy and Healthcare, for a shared evening dedicated to celebrating excellence, investing in future leaders, and connecting across fields that too rarely share a room.
This special gathering will recognize outstanding individuals through scholarship awards honoring service, leadership, and commitment to the community. Proceeds from the evening will support scholarship opportunities for students pursuing careers in law, public policy, and healthcare, while expanding mentorship, professional development, and national programming for current and emerging leaders.
