An Overview

The Mainstay Foundation welcomes you to ENGAGE 2026: Shia Muslim Professionals Conference, an annual conference connecting center & organization administrators, professionals, and emerging leaders across all fields, from our seven professional networks and beyond. In its 11th year, Engage 2026 is our largest gathering to date, featuring dedicated professional sessions, workshops, and a panel featuring guest speakers.

The day will conclude with The Mainstay Foundation’s Excellence in Service Scholarship Dinner, an evening honoring all professionals. The dinner will recognize outstanding individuals pursuing careers in law & policy and healthcare through scholarship awards, with proceeds supporting continued scholarships, mentorship expansion, and professional development for current and emerging leaders within our communities.
