Overview
The Mainstay Foundation established Engage Conference on the belief that our community is strongest when its leaders and professionals are connected. What began as a single annual gathering of center and organization leaders, exchanging experiences and sharing practical ideas, has expanded 11 years later, into a national platform of professional networks: Administrators of centers & organizations, Law & Policy, Educators, Healthcare, Entrepreneurs, Student Leaders, and AI.
This year, the Shia Muslim Professionals Conference – Engage 2026 is where all these networks come together with dedicated professional sessions for every network and the integration of AI across each field.
