How women can successfully manage and adapt to later adulthood by developing practical coping strategies, building emotional resilience, fostering meaningful social connections, practicing mindfulness and self-care, and reframing aging as a period of continued growth, purpose, and personal fulfillment.

Women 18+ who are approaching, entering, or navigating later adulthood — including those experiencing major life transitions, caring for aging parents, managing menopause or post-menopausal changes, dealing with loneliness or loss, or simply seeking to better understand and proactively support their own long-term mental wellness journey.
