About the Sisters Circle
Sisters Circle is a biweekly support group for Shia Muslim young women ages 18+ that provides a safe, faith-based space to connect, reflect, and grow together. The group encourages open dialogue around personal, social, and spiritual challenges while fostering sisterhood, self-development, and empowerment through shared experiences. Each session centers on meaningful discussions, journaling, and interactive activities that connect Islamic teachings, especially from the lives of Ahlul Bayt (a), to everyday life. Guided by empathy and mutual support, Sisters Circle helps participants strengthen their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being while building a strong community rooted in faith and purpose.
About Our April Event
Join us for an informal discussion held once a month, featuring a guest speaker and topic that bridges faith and real-world understanding.
Sisters will learn how to recognize common physical signs of stress, understand when it may be time to seek support, and explore healthy ways to care for both their mental and physical health.
