We are happy to invite your Islamic Organization/Center to attend the 2025 Engage Conference for American Shia Muslim Conference of Organizations & Local Centers, to take place on September 20th, 2025 in Dearborn, Michigan.

Thank you for accepting the invitation to the 2025 Engage Conference for American Shia Muslim Organizations and Local Centers.
This invitation, extended by The Mainstay Foundation, recognizes your active role in representing a legally registered American Shia Muslim organization or local center in the United States. We are excited about your participation and look forward to your contributions.

Please note the following:

  • Although the invite might have been extended to several members from your respected organization/center, we ask that you send one representative from the organization/center who is active in the day-to-day operations and or decision making such as a board member or executive administrator.
  • This event will be restricted to the invitees that we have invited and confirmed only.
  • The Conference will be on Saturday, October 5th, 2024, from 09:00 am – 08:00 pm.
  • We ask from all attendees to fly in Friday afternoon and depart Sunday morning/afternoon to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). Conference attendees will cover their flight and hotel expenses.

Hotel Reservation:

  • METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
    • Individual attendees will make reservations for the event directly with Staybridge Suites Dearborn by contacting Chris at (313) 565-1500. Let them know you will be attending The Engage Conference for The Mainstay Foundation to receive a rate of $145/night.
