We are happy to invite your Islamic Organization/Center to attend the ENGAGE Conference 2023: American Shia Muslim Conference of Organizations & Local Centers, to take place on October 28, 2023 in Dearborn, Michigan.
Please note the following:
- Although the invite might have been extended to several members from your respected organization/center, we ask that you send one representative from the organization/center who is active in the day-to-day operations and or decision making such as a board member or executive administrator.
- This event will be restricted to the invitees that we have invited and confirmed only.
- The Conference will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 09:00 am – 08:00 pm.
- We ask from all attendees to fly in Friday afternoon and depart Sunday morning/afternoon to the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). Conference attendees will cover their flight and hotel expenses.

- Individual attendees will make reservations for the event directly with Doubletree Dearborn by clicking here, , or by contacting the reservations department at 313-336-3340. Let them know you will be attending The Engage Conference for The Mainstay Foundation to receive a rate of $139/night.
- INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS:
- If you wish to cancel a reservation, please do so 72 hours prior to avoid cancellation penalties. If you do not cancel within the 72 hours prior, a one night’s room and tax will be incurred on your card. Credit cards will be charged 3 days prior to the arrival.

- Please note that if your organization or center would like time at the conference to present about a relevant project/initiative, please fill out the Open Platform section under the registration.
