This is a practical, no-fluff foundation for understanding how hormones truly affect daily life. Students will gain clarity on how hormonal shifts influence energy, menstrual cycles, weight changes, mood, sleep, focus, skin, and overall well-being. Special attention is given to the real hormonal transitions that occur in the 20s, 30s, and 40s so women can recognize what’s normal, what’s not, and when to advocate for themselves.
Students will learn how key hormones like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, insulin, cortisol, and thyroid hormones fluctuate across the menstrual cycle and throughout different life stages. We’ll cover how these changes impact the body, why symptoms show up the way they do, and how lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and sleep either support or disrupt hormonal balance. The goal is to help students connect symptoms to physiology and feel more confident navigating hormonal changes with knowledge instead of confusion.
This session is ideal for women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who want a clearer understanding of their cycles, symptoms, and changing bodies. It’s especially helpful for women experiencing fatigue, mood changes, weight struggles, irregular cycles, PMS, or early perimenopausal symptoms and who want education that is empowering, evidence-based, and practical without being overwhelming.
