This course will help mothers of teenagers learn practical and effective methods for understanding and managing the challenges that come with raising teens.
Students will learn strategies to communicate better with their teenagers, handle conflicts more calmly, and build stronger, more positive relationships within the family.

This session is intended for mothers of teenagers who want to improve their parenting skills and strengthen their connection with their children.
