The Mainstay Leadership Project
The Mainstay Leadership Project for university students is a capacity building initiative that aims to inspire, train, and empower a generation of well rounded leaders who will contribute to the advancement of their communities. The program will include course work, training, and mentorship which center around personal, professional, and leadership development.
Inspire Workshop
Date: September 11/12, 2021
Time: 9am – 6pm
Description: This weekend long workshop, as part of the Mainstay Leadership Project for university students, will focus on fundamental topics in personal development including self-awareness and communication.

Inayatali Moledina
Inayat Moledina is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator and regularly runs high energy, interactive workshops on various topics including personality types, conflict management and communication skills. He is fascinated by human development and getting the best out of people. He has run many Leadership and Youth Leadership Development programs in the UK and the US and has now made it his life’s work to help others on their journey of self-discovery so that they are empowered to unlock their own self potential.
Living with Purpose, Vision, & Strategy

Description: Finding purpose is the gateway to leading an extraordinary life. Purpose will drive and shape every decision in your life. However, it is not a simple task but rather an ongoing journey in which you will need to contemplate important topics such as vision, passion, goals, and values. This workshop will focus on how to navigate this journey and build a framework to identify and crystalize your purpose.

With a background in nonprofit executive leadership and management, he has worked with various nonprofit organizations in the United States. Or, you can make a choice and see who you are and want to be, and create your brand through your everyday you. Understanding that brand will allow you to speak your strength and through that you will find what is it you are best at. Once you focus on your strength finding a career becomes a walk in the park!

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Mainstay Foundation. Moughania is also a researcher, writer, and lecturer on topics related to Muslim-American identity, civic society, and Islamic thought.

Description: Life is a collection of problems we are trying to solve. The challenge we face is how we deal with all the issues we face when the come at us all together.
We will focus on learning and identifying the problem at hand. Once we learn how to identity our problem then we are capable of going to the next stage.
Our focus will be based on learning how to break down and understand the component parts of even the most complex problems.
